Okay, wasn't sure if you were back and maybe the University had to flip the servers for work or something. Maybe a reboot every couple weeks scheduled if you need to periodically restart? Tasks ready to send = 10000 but the sched_reply is <message priority="low">Project has no tasks available</message> Otoh. the server status page says under "Tasks by application" : unsent = 0 This somehow doesn't go together.
