Your ancestors lived well because of divine rules, but sometime later (likely in 1960's America), healthy ways of thinking were traded for "freedom." The "freedom" to hate your parents, the "freedom" to become fat, the "freedom" to hate the patriarchy, and the "freedom" to see your ancestors as stupid people who beat each other with swords - nothing more than dumb people who couldn't understand how Skype works.

What is left after "right and wrong" are gone? To abandon "right and wrong" is to abandon your heritage, your culture, and your confidence. The boomers were too busy rebelling against the future and now we are lost souls. Ok. Now what? We are just impulsive, disorganized individuals each maximizing the stimulation for our own brain chemicals. This is not good. What do we do now?

The passion of early science came from understanding God through understanding his creation. There was no incentive to lie or cheat. But somewhere, this was lost. Likely sometime between 1945 before the Manhattan Project dropped their bomb and in the 1960's after Jewish musicians finished rewriting all the Christmas songs to remove God and Christ from them (Yes, it's true). But TS Eliot wrote The Wasteland in 1922, so maybe this problem started much earlier.

The problem goes like this:

When a kid is 8 years old, his parents tell him that the sky is blue because water is blue.
Then when he's 15, he says "Hey! It's not blue because of water! It's blue because of Raleigh scattering! It's blue from the sun's electromagnetic radiation interacting within the degrees of freedom of atmospheric molecules to produce red-orange high-wavelength light orthogonal to the direction of travel while higher frequency blue light transmits through the molecules downwards towards Earth! That's why the afternoon sky is blue and the sunset is red! HA HA My parents were so STUPID and so was everyone else! HA HA I am so smart! SCIENCE!!! I figured it out! HA HA!! SCIENCE!!! I WIN!!!"
What he never realized is that his parents just gave him a stupid answer because he was 8 years old.

He has learned why the sky is blue. Ok. Now what?
Does he get a defense contract and build a bomb using blue light?
Does he find a way to use blue light to get more money for himself?
Does blue light have to be used for some utility now that he knows about it?

So what was the goal of learning about blue light? He did it because he wanted to worship himself. He wanted to be Smart Science Man, like Neil deGrasse Tyson. So brave.

It's the destiny of the younger generations to stop this boomer way of thinking before we have no spirit, no self-control, and no humility left at all. The older generations are unable to understand how big the problem has become. We are on our own. Science has warped into some sort of corrupt toy for us to play with, and that toy is becoming very dangerous.

We are at the point of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

Science should only be used by those with a firm understanding of right and wrong, those who have a soul, those who have a God.

Clive Staples Lewis
(29 November 1898 – 22 November 1963)

CS Lewis was a born-again Catholic who liked to write science fiction stories.
He became an atheist as a teenager, rediscovered God in adulthood, and dedicated much of his work towards helping others mature.
